The sales page FAQ names a third group, vitamins B6, C and E, DMAE and Bacopa, that matches neither 1.
So the honest summary is that HoneyPezil is shown with at least two lists, and one more is named in an FAQ. We call the picture Label A and the typed panel Label B, and we never merge them.
